About Products

(1)There may be a difference in color between the photos posted on the website and the actual product.
(2)Many of our products are handmade, so variations in shape, size, and color may occur.

About Return/Exchange

We will exchange the products if damage and trouble caused solely by the company and if the wrong product is being sent in international transactions. However, in case of the same kind of products are out of stock, they will be refunded by the below procedure.


(1) Notify our customer service center of the damage with detailed and reasonable explanation within 30 days after delivery.


(2)Use the enclosed packing slip and return form, when returning damaged products.


(3)Return the damaged item to the designated place as it was originally shipped or follow the instruction of our staff at the customer service center.  

Sorry, return policy will not apply to the products shipped overseas, due to customer’s convenience.

About Stocks

Inventory is shared with physical stores. Therefore, even items that are in stock online may actually be out of stock. Thank you for your understanding and use.
